Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: I am not currently an in network provider with any insurance networks. For those with out of network benefits, I request payment in full at the time of your visit and I will provide you with a superbill that you may self submit for reimbursement with your insurance plan.

Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral?

A: In the state of Colorado there is what is known as direct access. This means that you are not legally required to have a medical prescription in order to see a physical therapist, however, your medical insurance may require you to have a medical prescription in order for them to cover you for the costs of your therapy visit. It is always best to call your insurance directly and inquire on their requirements prior to coming for you first therapy appointment to avoid unpaid for visits.

Q: How long are appointments?

A: initial visits are 90 minutes in length. Subsequent visits are 60 min, 90 min, or 2 hours in length depending on your needs or requests.

Q: What should I wear to my appointment?

A: Please dress in relaxed fitting, flexible clothing.

A: Yes

Q: Who can benefit from manual therapies?

A: Individuals with soft tissue injuries or post operative recovery issues. Individuals with back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle or foot pain and dysfunction. Individuals with respiratory issues looking to improve function. People struggling with Irritable bowel, celiac, food allergies or sensitivities, or other gastrointestinal problems. Anyone recovering from an abdominal, thoracic or pelvic surgery with scar tissue complications. Individuals with fibromyalgia,or other inflammatory conditions. Individuals with physical issues related to stress or emotional trauma.
